          一般LED全彩显示屏配电(dian)箱(xiang)频(pin)繁跳闸有(you)四点因素:漏(lou)电(dian)保(bao)护(hu)器(qi)***不合(he)理、在保(bao)护(hu)范围内没有(you)形成有(you)效(xiao)的二级或(huo)***漏(lou)电(dian)保(bao)护(hu)、漏(lou)电(dian)保(bao)护(hu)器(qi)本身有(you)一定的局限性(三相电(dian)用电(dian)不平衡)、漏(lou)电(dian)保(bao)护(hu)器(qi)选型不合(he)理等(deng)等(deng)。


    1、漏电(dian)保护(hu)器不(bu)合(he)理

          由(you)于LED全彩(cai)显示屏安装现场(chang)所具有的特殊性以及漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)保护(hu)器本身不可避免的误动和拒动,再加上没有按照实际用(yong)电(dian)(dian)情况对漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)保护(hu)器进行布置,造(zao)成了总漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)保护(hu)器频繁跳闸。

    LED显示屏解(jie)决方案:这种情况除了加强(qiang)管(guan)理外,还(hai)需(xu)要从技(ji)术的角度(du),根据实(shi)际情况对漏电保护(hu)器进行(xing)合理布置(zhi)。



    2、在保护范围内没有形成有效的二级或漏电保护

          开关箱内的末级漏(lou)电保护器(qi)是用电设备的主(zhu)保护,由于LED全彩显示屏内金属导体(ti)很多(duo),电线接头较(jiao)多(duo),如果导线绝缘不是很好,就会导致经(jing)常(chang)(chang)漏(lou)电的状况;有的还加了一些(xie)插座,在很多(duo)时候都不装漏(lou)电保护器(qi),经(jing)常(chang)(chang)造成漏(lou)电。

    LED显示屏解决(jue)方案:只有在(zai)每个保护(hu)(hu)范围内形成有效的二(er)级或***漏电保护(hu)(hu)模式,才能有效地减少漏电保护(hu)(hu)器的频(pin)繁跳闸。


    3、漏电(dian)保护器(qi)本身(shen)有一定的(de)局限(xian)性(三相电(dian)用电(dian)不(bu)平衡)

          目前的漏(lou)(lou)电(dian)保(bao)护器(qi)(qi),不论是电(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)型还是电(dian)子(zi)型均(jun)采用磁(ci)(ci)(ci)感(gan)应电(dian)压互感(gan)器(qi)(qi)拾取用电(dian)设备(bei)主(zhu)回(hui)路中(zhong)的漏(lou)(lou)电(dian)流(liu),三相或三相四线在(zai)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)环中(zhong)不可能(neng)布置完全均(jun)衡。LED全彩显示屏(ping)的三相用电(dian)负荷也不可能(neng)完全平衡,在(zai)大电(dian)流(liu)下或较高的过电(dian)压下,会在(zai)有很高导磁(ci)(ci)(ci)率(lv)的磁(ci)(ci)(ci)环中(zhong)感(gan)应出一定的电(dian)动势(shi),这个(ge)电(dian)动势(shi)大到一定程度,就会导致(zhi)漏(lou)(lou)电(dian)保(bao)护器(qi)(qi)跳闸。


    4、漏(lou)电保护器选型不合理

          开关(guan)箱内(nei)使用(yong)的(de)额(e)(e)定漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)作电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)超(chao)(chao)过(guo)了30mA或(huo)者是(shi)超(chao)(chao)过(guo)用(yong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)设(she)备额(e)(e)定电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)两倍以上的(de)漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)器(qi),或(huo)是(shi)选用(yong)了带延(yan)时型(xing)的(de)漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)器(qi),由于(yu)额(e)(e)定漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)作电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)提高或(huo)保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)灵敏(min)度的(de)下降,发生漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)故障(zhang)时,末(mo)级漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)器(qi)没(mei)有(you)动(dong)作,上级漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)器(qi)就可(ke)能(neng)动(dong)作。


    LED显(xian)(xian)示(shi)屏解决方(fang)案:在给下(xia)面(mian)LED全彩显(xian)(xian)示(shi)屏通(tong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)时(shi)的(de)(de)启(qi)动电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)往往都比较大(da),此(ci)大(da)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)可能(neng)会使(shi)漏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)护器跳闸。因此(ci),应(ying)尽可能(neng)分批(pi)次地给显(xian)(xian)示(shi)屏的(de)(de)箱体上电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。另(ling)外,一般应(ying)选(xuan)用(yong)对(dui)浪涌(yong)过电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压、过电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不太敏感的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁型漏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)护器;或(huo)选(xuan)用(yong)比额(e)定电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)大(da)1.5~2倍的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)式漏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)护器,但作为(wei)末(mo)级漏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)护,额(e)定漏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)动作电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不应(ying)大(da)于30mA。
